Description

EPOX 311 is an epoxy based, two component, adherence bridge between old and new concrete, solvent free adhesive.

Application Procedure

Preparation of Substrate

Application surface must be dry, sound, fully cured, clean and clean off materials which prevent bonding, such as dust, oil, rust and remove loose pieces. Surface must be roughened mechanically by blasting, milling or sanding before application.

Application Method

Component A and B are stirred separately under low speed mixer, then Component B is poured into the Component A and mixed together for 3-4 minutes until obtaining homogenous mixture. Mixture must be applied in 30 minutes. Mixture should be applied on the surface with using a trowel or spatula as 0,5 - 1 mm thickness. Parts should to be bonded to each other by pressing them and waited stably until curing the adhesive. The product would be completely cured in minimum 7 days. During the application, ambient and surface temperatures should be between +10⁰C and +30⁰C. It is not recommended to application on rainy, windy and frost days. After application, the material should be protected from direct contact with water for a minimum 24 hours.
