Application Procedure

Preparation of Substrate

The surface must be clean, dry and free from dust, dirt, rust and grease. Molds should be clean.

Application Method

MD 150 is a ready to use material. It is applied on the molds by dipping, spraying, roller or brush. It should be applied as a thin layer.

Consumption

20-30 m² area is greased with 1 lt product depends on mold’s surface and type.
