Description

EPOX FL 700 is an epoxy resin based, two component, low viscosity, solvent free topcoat material that provides orange-peel textured surface.

Fields of Application

• On concrete and cement based mineral surfaces,
• On medium and heavy wear industrial areas such as factories, storage halls, loading ramps etc.
• On wet volume areas such as hospitals, laboratories, food industries etc.

Application Procedure

Preparation of Substrate

Application surface must be cleaned off from the contaminant such as dirt, dust, rust, oil etc. Application surface must be scraped to be ready for application.

Application Method

Surface must be primed with EPOX PR 100 solvent-free primer. If needed, one more coat can be applied after primer layer with EPOX PR 100 aggregate mixture or direct aggregate. A and B components must be stirred under low speed mixture during 3-4 minutes until homogenous mixture is obtained. Prepared mixture can be applied on the primed surface by using roller or trowel. For obtaining textured (orange peel) effect coral roller should be used. Surface must be protected from water and rain during 24 hours after application.

Consumption

0,300 - 0,500 kg/m² for each layer.
