Sealed Elastic Filling Material - ACR 180

Description

BAUMERK ACR 180 is a polymer based one component elastic sealant.

Application Procedure

Preparation of Substrate

Surface must be dry and clean before application. Any loose pieces, dust, oil, grease should be removed.

Application Method

ACR 180 is mixed for 2 minutes before use until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. The material is filled onto the existing prepared surface with the help of a spatula or a mouth-filling mastic pump. After filling, the surface is smoothed with a wet sponge. If a dilation or expansion joint is being made, it is recommended to apply a PE joint backer on the joint beforehand. It is recommended to use with joint mesh in chamfer detail applications. It should be applied maximum 5 mm thickness application in at a time.

30 g material for 5X5 mm ve 1 m width.
