Description

ELASTOCOR is a 100% acrylic polymer based single component elastomeric exterior coating material that water based, high resistance to frost, carbonation and degradation of various salts, elastomeric exterior topcoat. Paint can be produced for getting textured or smooth surface.

Preparation of substrate

Dirt, grease, old loose or flaking materials must be removed from the surfaces. Old painted, weak and chalky surfaces must be cleaned. The old paints must be sanded and removed. The surface should be smoothened by EXPAST Acrylic Exterior Paste. Smoothened surface should be left to dry for 24 hours. PRIME-IN W Transition Primer applied as a single layer, left to dry for 24 hours.

Application

Stir thoroughly before using the paint and do not mix it with a paint of another trade-mark. After surface preparation, ELASTOCOR Paint is applied on the surface in two layers with a roller or spray.

Storage

Store in dry area between +5°C and +35°C. Protect from heat, freezing and direct sunlight.
